Ann K. Doyle is the Founder and Artistic Director for The Greensboro Youth Chorus. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with post-graduate work at Memphis State University. For over 30 years, Ms. Doyle has served North Carolina schools, churches and community groups as a master teacher, a mentor, a collaborative performer and an adjudicator. Ann was instrumental in organizing the Piedmont Invitational Children’s Choir Festival and the Advanced Choral Workshop, each held annually in different North Carolina cities. For two years she served as Accompanist and Associate Director for Bel Canto Company. Ms. Doyle is the Choir Director and Organist of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.

Teresa Allred is a graduate of High Point University with a Bachelor of Music Education and English. She also holds a Master of Music Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She taught at Guilford Middle School in the Guilford County School System for 31 years, but recently retired. She is now currently teaching at High Point Friends School.
Mrs. Allred has won numerous awards during her career. She was named Teacher of the Year for the Guilford County Schools in 1989 and also served as first runner-up for the state. She was awarded the Richard E. Keasler Award (NCMEA Middle School Choral Director of the Year) in 1999 and was a Greensboro News and Record Community Hero in 2000.
Also very active in her community, she is the Children’s Choir Director at Jamestown United Methodist Church. She greatly enjoys spending time with her family, husband Mac and children Matt and Delancy.
